About John E. Kern
John E. Kern is currently a Process Engineer with E.I. DuPont de Nemours. He was born in Westfield, Massachusetts and has travelled extensively. DuPont is an innovative company that has brought numerous products and services through science and engineering to a worldwide marketplace. The process engineer utilizes systematic computer-based methods to design, operate and control chemical processes. Mr. Kern is a professional in the engineering field without a college education or training. He was called upon by DuPont to assist in drawings for engineering models. From there he later became a draftsman who managed major projects for many years. He is a religious man involved in church activities. His main hobby is genealogy, as a result, he has traced his family history originating in Germany in 1749. His wife passed away from cancer, therefore, he has dedicated much of his time since then to German cancer research.
